Kelso, an 18-year-old Hanoverian Warmblood, is a former hunter/jumper, and a big guy at 17.2 hand. As a result of years of jumping, Kelso experienced a lot of pain and stiffness from arthritis. On top of that, he contracted EPM a few years ago and developed nerve damage affecting his hindquarters and gait. After a few months on CBD, in conjunction with good veterinarian care, he began moving better and exhibiting much less pain behavior. He is now a solid mover and happy to do his job!
